Founded by Bruce Cryer, who began his journey as a custom trim carpenter in 1996, he quickly earned recognition for our ability to remodel and restore historic homes, buildings, and churches in the McKinney, TX, historic district. Bruce’s meticulous attention to detail and expert craftsmanship distinguished him as a sought-after master craftsman.

Bruce recognized a demand for uniquely personal homes and transitioned to building custom homes. Our philosophy is simple: to rise above expectations by emphasizing structure and exceptional design, ensuring the highest quality in every project we undertake.

Bruce works hand in hand with his wife, Tracey who oversees the daily operations as the business manager and works directly with vendors and clients to ensure their high expectations are met. She is happy to help with the construction loan process, design and overall support.
